ChApTttTtEr 21 ......!
1. He would get a tingling sensation in his stomach when he remebered walking on a moving sidewalk in Amesterdam.
2. he never seen so many white people in his life.
3. his school was different from sbta because we have doors and our school is not made out of mud.
4. the kids helped the teachers build crops. teachers havent been paid for years.
5. no one sat next to him because they had learned that they were child soldiers.
6. i would not be nervous because i am also ruthless.
7. the loud sound that went off in the city were gun shots.
8. the central prison had been opened and the prisoners set free . they were given guns and set off for revenge.
9. the newly freed prisoners set out for revenge.
10. i think thats crazy that the prisoners got released like that.
11. the prison system is different because when we are released we are not handed a gun.
12. i would feel unsafe. the government isnt doing the right job.
13. the rebels and the soldiers on the front line started pouring into the city. the entire nation crumbled into a state of lawlessness.
14. i think everybody would be a G like me. i wont like to live there.
15. they began blowing up bank vaults.
16. it sold food items to civilians at twice the regular price.
17. the commander ordered everyone to put down there grocerys and lay down on the ground.
18. a woman panicked and ran so they shot her in the head everyone scattered and ran in different directions.
19. Mohammad was coughing until the veins in his throat were visible.
20. the gunshots lated for five months.
21. they mostly ate soacked rice with sugar or plain gari with salt.
22. his uncle became sick and died.
23. some re-joined the army .
24. I would not want to re join to go threw the same stuff that i went threw before.
25. the only way of getting out of freetown was for him to leave before the sun cameout.
26. his final destination was to make it to an old bus station.
27. the soldiers thought that they were carrying contraband.
28. there was room on the bus for him.
29. he did make it out of freetown.
30. he was a smart soldier and he knew what he was doing.31. he can offer them advice and let them know what it was like .
32. if you spared the monkey someone was going to die and if you didnt someone would also die.
33. the homie 50 cent said get rich or die tryin.

chapter 20
1.he invisioned it as a place where people looked for nightclubs and violence he had got the idea from rap music.
2. i think it is a place with a lot of drugs and people like puerto ricans and black because i heard.
3. he never in his life felt that cold. he learned about winter from shakesphere.
4. he couldnt feel his face his hands hurted and his teeth chattered.
5. a time when i experienced culture shock was when i lived in utah and i all i saw was white people and there was alot of snow.
6. they are staying at the vanderbuilt ymca motel .
7. there were chidren from brazil, india, peru, south africa.
8. he had no idea what the names of the foods were.
9. they had different languages.
10. a short white woman with long dark hair and bright eyes she was a storyteller.
11. he was embarrassed because it was a womans winter coat and yeah of course.
12. he saw buildings and shows on big screens and alot of people hurrying.
13. they spoke about the ecosoc and about their country experiments. they felt proud.
14.he talked about his experience and how he wanted war to end. i liked when he spoke about wanting the war to end.
15. yes i do i agree war should end.
16. when i was on probation , but im not in that situaion anymore.
17. i love music and dancing. i think im really good at dancing i also love singing i sound like selena.
18. they left new york city on november 5, 1996.
19. he was going back home after he left new york.
20. i think he will talk to his family about his experience in new york and the people he met.
